[Album] Sy Ari da Kid – 2 Soon

Atlanta, Ga; Sy Ari da Kid, singer/rapper whose music seamlessly blends trap and smooth, Auto-Tune-laced R&B. His tense, dramatic songs frequently reflect on relationships, heartbreak, and other personal issues, as well as current events and the struggles of street life. He was born in the Bronx, New York but moved to Atlanta at the age of nine, and prefers not to categorize his music as either New York or Southern rap. A self-taught producer, he began recording songs using Pro Tools, and he co-founded the Arrogant Music label in 2006. Brockington’s 2016 mixtape “B4 the Heartbreak” included the single “Priorities,” a collaboration with trap-soul singer Bryson Tiller, which expanded his audience among R&B fans. In February of 2017, it was announced that Brockington had signed with Cash Money, and he guested on label CEO Birdman’s song “It’s Calm.” ~ Paul Simpson
Fast Forward to today and we present to you his album “2 SOON”, which stands for Somethin Out Of Nothin. The concept to the artwork is an image of Sy Ari & his son dressed in the same clothes symbolizing that he knew since a child that he was ahead of his time. More symbolism on the cover include, his son’s clothes being oversized, the vintage father clock set at 1:55 (5 minutes til “2”), and the vintage Luggage in the background. “2 Soon” features Birdman, Money Man & former classmate K Camp with production by TM88, Cassius Jay, Will A Fool & More.

[Video] That Boy Poppa – First Day Out

Jacksonville, FL; Breakout artist That Boy Poppa continues to drop bangers with his latest video “First Day Out” with bars that you would expect from someone well beyond his years. In a day where many artists are just dreaming and talking about making it in the music industry, Poppa came out the gate and hit the streets running. As the famous Plato quotes states: “Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they must say something.”, if you are new to the movement, then “First Day Out” is the visual that will show and prove why even as a teen, Poppa is already a wise man. Within the first verse of the Papertrail Productions directed video he speaks on tough subjects, which most of us will more than likely never see in our lifetime. Poppa also details his latest movements, which include touring with the Streets A&R, Bigga Rankin and working with various artists while on the Street N Greet tours. Press Play, Support, and stay tuned for more.
